Your scheduled appointment time has been reserved specifically for you. We request at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment. We are aware that unforeseen events sometimes require missing an appointment, and appreciate your cooperation. Our office will send you a confirmation Email reminder two days prior to your appointment or we can call you to confirm.
Remember your Hygiene appointments are your most important appointments. By having at least two Prophys (cleanings) and exams a year you will reduce the possibility of tooth decay and gum disease with early detection.
Insurance and Billing
Our office is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits. Because insurance policies vary, we can only estimate your copayments but cannot guarantee exact insurance payment due to the complexities of insurance contracts. An estimated treatment plan will be made available prior to treatment. Your estimated patient portion must be paid at the time of service. As a convenience to our patients, we will bill your insurance company for services.
We are participating providers of Essex, Metlife, Connection Dental, and Cigna.
Payment and Financing Options
Our front desk team is available to help you with scheduling appointments, answering questions and offering payment options. For your convenience, we offer treatment plan estimates so you are aware of your insurance copayment associated with each appointment. This way, you can decide when you want your treatment done.
We accept most major credit cards and can even work out interest-free monthly credit card payments. If you have insurance coverage, we will process and file your claim forms electronically to help expedite reimbursement.
